Another successful Clean Food Challenge! Thanks to all 29 of you for participating in whatever way you did.
Friday I was in Oaklnad at my friend Dabney's house working because Saturday and Sunday I went to a running coach certifiation program in San Fran.
Here's what I ate:
Breakfast: Quinoa with almond milk and raisins
Lunch: Lentil soup (made by Dabney), 2 T almond butter, herbal tea
Snack: carrots and hummus. smoothie with carrot juice, kale, blueberries, watermellon
Dinner: brown rice and green curry with veggies
Snack: left overs from dinner
Water: Hit the gallon goal and consumed no caffeine
Energy was high - felt really clear and alive!
