It's time again for the annual Clean Food Challenge! Clean Food Challenge Salad

The "rules" for the challenge are: No sugar. No dairy. No gluten. No alcohol. Nothing processed.  Limited caffeine and limited organic meat or eggs are optional.

Just 5 days of clean eating to jumpstart your energy and life. 

The purpose of this challenge is to revitalize the body by eating only whole foods for 5 days. This may seem extreme for some of you - it generally requires a bit of thought and planning to make sure you are stocked with options. For some, it means a gentle fine tuning of your diet.
